Why records matter
UK food businesses are rated 4 only because of their records and management. Everything else scored top marks.
Our count from FSA open data, 28 Sep 2026
of takeaways in England, Wales and Northern Ireland are rated below 5.

How it works
- STEP 1
Set up in minutes
Enter your postcode. We find your business on the official ratings list and load the right rules for England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
- STEP 2
Record in seconds
Tap a fridge and type or say the temperature. If something is wrong, the app asks what you did to fix it. Add a photo if you like.
- STEP 3
Show the inspector
One click makes a full pack of your records, photos and fixes in English, or a secure link the inspector opens on their phone.
Everything your kitchen needs, in one app
All your daily records
Opening and closing checks, fridge and freezer temperatures, cooking, cooling, reheating and hot holding.
Cleaning and chemicals
Cleaning schedules with sign-off, COSHH assessments and safety data sheets.
Allergens
A chart of the 14 allergens for every dish, ready for your team and your customers.
Deliveries and suppliers
Goods-in checks, approved suppliers and batch tracking.
Your own language
Staff write or speak in their language. The inspector sees English, and the original is kept.
Photos and scans
Add a photo to any record and scan your old paper diary into the app. Files are made tiny to save space.
Emergency help
Your own list of engineers, one-tap help for a gas leak, water leak or broken fridge, and the national emergency numbers.
Fire safety
Fire risk assessment, alarm tests, emergency lights, extinguishers and drills, all with reminders.
